Planned preventative maintenance, compliance testing, fault-finding and reactive repairs are all performed by our own licensed electricians under WA contractor licence EC17101. We’re CM3 certified for contractor WHS prequalification, and organisations including RAAFA Aged care and ABC Studios trust us with their ongoing electrical compliance and maintenance.
Our programs cover switchboard and distribution board servicing, RCD testing and test-and-tag to AS/NZS 3760, emergency and exit lighting testing to AS 2293, thermal imaging of switchboards, fault-finding, and minor works. Every engagement is documented to a standard your auditors will accept, test records, compliance certificates, asset registers, service reports after each visit, and defect recommendations prioritised by risk, so you can plan rather than react. Most clients engage us under a fixed-price annual maintenance agreement covering scheduled works, with agreed response times for reactive callouts.
